"That sounds fun, seeing them evolve," Guinam said to Laura.

"Oh... did the station cut power to use it for their battle?" Guinan asked Mike. "How does Sam work?" she asked as she noticed the nonfunctional robot.

"What's going on?" Lilli asked.

"I lost my wormhole to the Nexus station. It's as small compared to a hydrogen atom as a shrunken pokeball is compared to the Sun and it can fall between atoms." Says Mike, clearly trying to suppress panicking. "The good news is that the wormhole containment device knows it's exact position and velocity when the wormhole was released and I am already mostly done with my wormhole trajectory prediction program that I made to track down Lilli's wormhole."

Guinan looked at Mike, confused. "But, what about powering your devices, can you power them from this side, or does Nexus have to power back up?"

Laura dropped the leaves she was shuffling through, as her attempts to find it for Mike were useless. She looked at Sam, who was going completely nuts, and his arm was in an equally bad state. She wondered if the reason of everything going completely haywire had something to do with the enemy carriers he mentioned earlier.

Cynthia had seen Laura before at the World Confrence, and didn't quite click with her. She had one-hit-KO'd all six of her pokemon with just a Jigglypuff she had rented. After that, her burning hatred for her only grew and grew, until she found out that there was a group that wanted to overthrow her, a group that was all the evil teams from each region to accomplish their own goals.

"Cynthia. Its so great to see you." Shelly grinned. Cafe Lysandre was never really an actual cafe, just a place to meet and discuss Team Flare's plans. Now it was the meeting spot to Team Eon, all of the former evil teams combined.

(Ohhhh sheets! Can't wait to see what goes down with them. )

Lilli looked at Mike with concern.
"Are you.. not gonna be able to go back?"

Heh, stupid question, but they asked stupid questions. It was their way of re-affirming things.

Mike's things are going haywire because of the Kadabra, just like the clocks and other machines in the area.

Mike opens up a small panel on his robotic arm and flips the switch in it to stop his hand from going crazy. He reads through the event log on the containment device and says "The last report from Nexus says that everything is still fully operational. The problem seems to be some sort of disturbance from this side. My equipment can operate just fine without the wormhole and my things are mostly powered by small cold fusion reactors, I don't know what's wrong. I will be able to go back if I can find the wormhole, so it's not hopeless."

Magia realizes what's going on and steps away from Mike. Sam reboots and turns on his electric propeller driven engines on in reverse to lift him up and then he flips upright. The engines then become nearly silent again as the sound suppression system starts up. "What just happened?" Mike replies: "I have no idea." He turns on his robotic arm which starts an event log scrolling past on the screen and all the motors and sensors on the arm calibrate by moving the hand around in a few strange ways before Mike gets control of it again. "There, everything should be back to normal now except for the wormhole. According to standard procedure Nexus will wait until it goes above the ground and then they will open it up and transmit a homing signal, it shouldn't be very hard to find if it ends up near us but we may have to do some traveling."

A technician in the station was monitoring wormhole containment when the computer says that contact has been lost with Mike's mobile containment device. She opens up a communication channel with Mason and says "Sir, it seems that Mike has lost containment of the wormhole." Mason replies "Oh no... Well, go ahead and open it up again once it surfaces. Let's hope he can find it before the carriers arrive, because when they do we won't be able to spare the power to hold it open."

It just occurred to me that I have not described Sam, I only showed a picture. He is a cylinder shape, about 0.7 meters in diameter and about 75 millimeters tall. He has 8 small air intakes on the top with two near the front, two near the back, and two on each side. On the underside of Sam below each intake is a small engine, and those are what he uses to fly around. On the sides that do not have engines near them (the front-left, front-right, back-left, and back-right) there are small hatches that can open up and they contain Sam's various tools. There are also 4 small feet that can fold out of the bottom and 2 small hands that can fold out of the bottom near the front, although they are usually stowed. At the front of Sam is his face, which consists of 3 screens: one for each eye and one for the mouth. They are all dark green with anything displayed on them being bright green, but the colors can change if needed. The mouth has a line going across it horizontally that vibrates when Sam talks, and the eyes have squares on them that move around as Sam looks at things and shutters like those of a camera that act like eyelids. There are also two movable eyebrow-like things above the eyes that help Sam express emotion. Sam is a rather dull yellowish-orange color and the hatches and tools are all various shades of grey.

"So the wormhole is traveling now, and not in your device anymore, but it's still here on this planet?" Guinan wanted to know.

Mike replies "Yep, although it would be more acurite to say that it's in the planet. It will probably be about 90 minutes before the wormhole passes near the center of the Earth and surfaces again." He opens up his wormhole location prediction software and inputs the position and velocity recorded by the contaminant device as well as the time of containment loss, and the software outputs the latitude and longitude at which the portal will resurface, although it's only able to tell it's location within a few kilometers. "Yes! It worked! According to standard procedure Nexus will open the wormhole the moment it comes out of the ground. To be accurate enough to find Lilli's wormhole I will need a gravitational discrepancy map of this planet, but in this case knowing the location of the wormhole within 10 kilometers will do." He does a quick internet search to see where the coordinates are. "It seems to be near somewhere called the Kanto region. Is there any way we can get there quickly? If not I might be able to work something out with the station if I can somehow to get a radio signal to the wormhole."

"Didn't you say something about a Kanto Region, or was it a team?" Guinan asked Laura. "What would your world think of all these pokemon?" she asked Lily.

Laura freaked out. "The Kanto region is literally on the other side of the world!" Laura said. "I dont know how were supposed to get there quickly."

"Depends on where you're from in my world.

In the magic country, people would just think, 'Oh, we've discovered a new species!' Where I'm from there are people and creatures who can do the same things Pokemon do.

There are other places, though, including my kingdom, where people would be.. rather shocked."
Lilli chuckled.

"In fact, even though we have magic, there are some folks.." they inhaled, their features showing a bit of irritation. "...who still don't think it's real."

Lilli stared at the ground.
They had a quiet moment,
but their thoughts were interrupted by Laura's screaming.

"Wait, what?!"

They looked at Mike, confused.
"Is this for me, or for you?"

Guinan chuckled, too. To Lily, she said, "I understand. A lot of people I know would try and figure out how the magic works, and they usually do. Would you want to try to go through the wormhole Mike mentioned to go home, if it were possible, Lily?"

(These are memories from before Lilli left.)

A harsh voice.

"LILLIKOI SATO! GET BACK HERE!!"

Footsteps. Running.

"Lilli?" Calem asked. Rowlet had apparently found his hair again. "If you do ever get to go back, would you be able to take Skip with you?" Popplio was busy rehearsing her slew of circus tricks, earining the attention of most of the other pokemon in the garden.

Lilli's eyes went wide.
