Lilli was scared.
They couldn't imagine how a world like this could hold up against a world like Mike's.

They shook their head, trying to get it off their mind.

"Uh, how are we gonna get to the other side of the world?" They looked at Mike expectantly, as if that was an obvious thing.
"I mean, we have like 90 minutes, how do you expect us to get to Kanto?"

"We could use Sora and Altaria, but we would get lost, cause Sora has really crappy directionals, and he doesn't do well flying long ways. I honestly got nothing." Laura said, nervously.

"We may not have to, it might be possible for the wormhole to come to us. Sam is trying to hack a satellite as we speak and if I can get a signal to the wormhole I may be able to get a ship from Nexus to fly over to us with the wormhole. The only problem I see with that is that Nexus needs all the ships they can get for the defense."

"How long do you think that weirdo bunch of ninnies are gonna be messing with Nexus?" Laura asked, concerned.

"I saw one." Courtney said. "The other one with the pigtails. I do believe she was one of the kids that helped Laura take down Team Flare." She ran back to Lysandre Cafe. Haha.♪ If we do get this girl, we'll FINALY get Groudon! Courtney hummed to herself.

"About 5 hours, after that Captain Plank and his fleet will enter low orbit with guns blazing but each fleet is about the same size and the deciding factor of the battle will likely be who controls the station's weapons at that point." Mike starts looking a bit more hopeful. "I've met him a few times, he's a great captain who really knows how to command a fleet."

"I hope Sam is also good at covering his tracks," Guinan commented. "Your station, your alliance, are they the only ones with the wormhole technology?" she asked.

(OOC: I expected Sam to be at least a meter tall actually so that people wouldn't step on him. But then again, you did say he hovers in the air, so he doesn't really need to be tall.)

Sam replies "Of course I can cover my tracks, if all goes well then the people in charge of the satellite won't even know that it has been hacked."

"Yep, Nexus is one-of-a-kind. The technology is quite new, and my company pioneered it." brags Mike.

A few people are standing around in one of the hangar bays on Nexus station, this one had a wormhole opening device in it as well as the ship they were planning on sending Mike. At the back wall of the room are various robotic arms surrounding a small wormhole containment capsule. One of the people says "Power has been diverted to this wormhole chamber, t-15 seconds until the portal reaches the surface." 5 seconds later he begins counting down. "10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... Engage."

The capsule opens up and 3 fairly large cylindrical devices containing exotic matter coils are quickly lowered into place around the wormhole to catch it again. The coil devices begin to glow and produce a humming sound as the lights on the station dim to conserve power and the wormhole becomes visible as a triangle stretched between the 3 coils. Some of the robotic arms near the wormhole extend into it including robotic arms with more exotic latter coils to help hold it open from the other side. Through the wormhole can be seen some relatively flat terrain near a city, and although the terrain through the wormhole initially looks sideways it's quickly corrected as the robotic devices do their job.

The wormhole continues expanding until it takes up most of the back wall of the hanger then a ramp is extended through it and the ship begins slowly taxiing into it until it's safely on the other side. The ship stops and a small stairway folds out allowing the humanoid robot piloting the ship to come out holding a wormhole containment device. Everything folds back into the wormhole again and the robot captures it in the containment device before returning to the ship to await further orders.

Laura held her face in her hand at Mike's bragging, but she couldn't get too mad because she does it a lot about her Pokemon.

(Hey! I just had an idea! Maybe Laura and Anna could do that same thing that Ash and Greninja from the pokemon anime does! Or is that just totally stupid? I think Lilli would know what I'm talking about... )

Guinan nodded to Mike. "Then I can see why the other side would want the technology of the station. Do you think they'll send a probe if you don't check in with them after a period of time?"

"Yes, but the problem right now is that they have no way of knowing where I am as far as I know." says Mike.

Sam, who appeared to be rather dormant before, started moving around again. "On the news there is a story about an unidentified plane appearing near Kanto, that must be from Nexus station. It's just sitting there right now, they probably expect us to send it our position. I've also cracked the encryption on the satellite, now I just need to figure out it's password."

"Dont you think we're scaring the crap out of everybody over there?" Laura asked, worried. "I mean, how shady does that sound? 'Random plane shows up out of nowhere in Kanto'?" She said, holding her arms up for added effect.

Guinan nodded at Laura. "Does the news mention a pilot or an investigation or anything that would mean the plane was stopped?" Guinan asked. She looked at the pokedex she still carried. "Can I see your news with this?" she wondered aloud as she fiddled with the device.

"Yeah, possibly." remarks Mike, clearly not very worried. "According to the news report the plane was found sitting dormant near Kanto, it's locked up and there appears to be a humanoid robot in the pilot seat staying perfectly still."

The plane sat dormant as a few curious bystanders surrounded it. Police arrive to get everyone away from the ship and set up a border around it, and reporters quickly arrive as well. People were speculating about what this object is, it didn't look quite like a plane but it was clearly designed to fly, maybe even into space given how much it resembled a Space Shuttle.

I will assume that space travel in the Pokemon universe is the same as it is today, because I did read that in the Pokemon universe the first Moon landing happened in 1969 just like it did in real life.

"That does sound like it's waiting for something," Guinan commented, looking up at Mike.

(OOC: If no one says anything right away, she'd look back ddown at the Pokedex to find out about the different regions. Would she be able to find stuff out with the pokedex?)

"Well, people in this world can get a little... Paranoid. Everyone in Vaniville Town went balistic a few weeks ago because Youngster Austin's Zigzagoon went completely nuts, even though it was only, like, Lv. 4." Laura said, rolling her eyes. "But did they send it to the wrong spot? Shouldn't it be here?"

(OOC: Feel free to just insert Guinan's question here in time after Mike answers about why the plane's not there yet.)

"Are the pokemon always the talk of the town? Does the news talk about them too?"
