I wish for my school project to be done (Halloween themed gingerbread for culinary arts... it's a lot of work)

Granted, for a while. The earth enters an ice age due to all of the reflected solar energy and all of humanity is exterminated. Bugs evolve into higher thinking being and take over.

Granted. You are driving down the highway one day and suddenly a semi-truck full of coke rams into you. Your body is instantly crushed, and you are left permanently paralyzed from the neck down, but just when you think "it can't get any worse," two bottles of coke roll into you and you feel much better.

I wish I had a longer lunch break.

Granted, you get a Commodore 64. Excellent computer. Never crashed. May even have some antique value now.

I wish Windows 7 is much better than Vista.

Granted, but now that everyone has a videophone to talk to you, they don't do anything but talk to you. Now everyone talks to you at every hour, and you will be driven to madness, and since everyone does nothing but talk to you, everyone will starve and the end of the world will come.
