These start eating your lead apron, so in next to no time it falls apart. Next the lead worms start to eat the solder in your PC and phone so they stop working and you can not order a new apron.

I wish that I could download useful skills into my brain using FTP or by sticking a EPROM into a series of sockets on the side of my head. I also wish that I could pass on these skills at will by means of FTP.

That is fine, your lead apron can weigh in at 150 kg, but you grow in size to be as large as a whale. The lead apron stretches and becomes thinner, but because you are larger now you can not feel the weight of it anymore.

I wish that I had fruit trees in my garden which would have pears, oranges, cherries, bananas and chocolate bars. Also no matter how many I pick the next day there will be plenty of “fruit” for me to eat. Also I will have a big dog which will stop the local kids stealing all my fruit, also the dog is unable to jump into the tree and eat the fruit.

Fine you can have your cold beer which is at 1 oC, but you are now a life form which is at about - 78 oC, so drinking cold beer heats up your body a lot. Also the new you is a thing which is mostly ethanol in place of water, you also suffer a violent reaction to the water in the beer.
