why are there so many?

Fans have been asking that for twenty five years!

guess i'm behind on the times

There's fifteen main games, and countless spinoff titles, all from a little NES game that was sort of a Dungeons and Dragons ripoff yet had a complex time travel plot that still confuses me!

I'm thinking because the fans love them and want to play more games and Nintendo wants to cash in, so they make more?

I'm excited about Pokemon Super Dungeon which is scheduled to release Feb next year here in Europe.

I'm also interested in the games Yo-Kai Watch (somewhen in 2016) and Return to Popolocrois: Story of Seasons Fairytale (whenever that one will be released)

Um...Final Fantasy is made by Square Enix, not Nintendo.
Next year?! Why will it take so long?! If only I could buy it and then send it to you...
I'm super excited for the special edition of Fire Emblem Fates!

Okay then, Square Enix wants to make money so they keep making more games.

Do you have Super Dungeon yet? Games always come out later here. It gets tiresome, especially as it's so easy to come across spoilers then, but it doesn't matter. I'll get my hands on it then. For now, I have decided to try DQM: Joker, and that will keep me busy for now. Synthesizing monsters, that's something new to do.

Oh, speaking of which, there's a good chance that the FFVII remake will come out on both the PS4 and the Nintendo XV whatever.
No, I don't have Super Mystery Dungeon. I don't think I'll get it for a long while.

I don't know, will have to know more about it first. I was disappointed in Wii because I hate the controls for it. Jumping around and waving like crazy isn't my idea of fun, so if this is the same I likely will pass.
But in theory I'm interested, as Nintendo is my kind of console and games.

I actually like my DS and 3DS better than my PSP. I guess whether I get the PS4 or the NNX depends on what other games become available on both of them.

Yeah, no contest. The few times I use my PSP I have to charge it, I haven't used it at all this year. I use it rarely. If I had known how little I would use it, I wouldn't have bought it TBH. My DS and 3DS on the other hand are in use from daily to weekly to monthly, depending on what I feel like and if I have any new games/ how far I've come in the games I play.
