I know wha'cha mean----there's no WAY, the older models would've been classified as "compact". The "powers that be" wanted to make them more fuel-efficient, I guess. We weren't worried about fuel, when we were RACIN' 'em----and, WINNING!! (I used to drag-race a '62 Chevy Malibu Classic, on a quarter-mile strip----I have a SEVERE weakness, for Chevy, to this DAY!! I LOVE cars!!)
