^ that was so weird I had to look it up. As usual the fame component has been sensationalized. Calling him an 'actor' is stretching it a bit, according to IMDB he had a non speaking part in one episode. Horrible thing to do though. Sometimes I don't like people very much.

I don't blame you! I still feel like that fairly often, but something's changed in me. That feeling used to cause me to try to have as little to do with others as possible; now I continue to socialize with some of them and just curse the people that do me wrong. Not actually, but something like that!

Yeah; that is true enough. Somebody found a loose connection to something interesting, and made a story out of it. :P

That reminds me though; Kato Kaelin who was a major witness during the O.J. Simpson trial was one of the voices on Eek The Cat, a Saturday morning cartoon here in the US when I was growing up. Famous people have a knack for getting themselves caught up in things. I try not to pay any attention to it though.

The Queen had two cousins who were born with severe learning disabilities and were institutionalised for life under assumed names. Their deaths were reported many years before they actually occurred.

Wow, ThetaIn3D, you always put really interesting things on here.

Moomingirl: I'm going to read that article you posted. I can't get enough of all that King and Queen stuff, after having lived in Britain for 2 years.

Honeybees are not native to North America. They were introduced from Europe, in the 1600s, by the Puritans.

Movie star Jean Harlow never wore underwear or a bra.

And the studio publicity department made sure everyone knew that.

The great Romantic poet, Percy Bysshe Shelley, drowned as his small boat was supposedly caught in a storm.

His body washed up four days later, unrecognizable but for the clothes, and was immediately
cremated on the beach, with a few friends and authorities present.

When the wreck of the boat was finally found, it was clear that it had been rammed by another vessel.

And, there were no storms reported at that time.

There were, however, a few reported incidents of piracy.

It's possible that humans aren't the only species that keeps dogs as pets. (You could say humans adopt dogs into the family too.)

'piping" refers to a noise made by virgin queen bees during certain periods of their development. Mated queens may briefly pipe after being released in a hive.

Most often the piping noise is a G sharp, or A flat.

Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, the founder of Theosophy, was referred to as, among other things, 'the female Antichrist'.
