Not sure, I'd guess a couple of hundred. Last year was a very good crop. Unfortunately a lot of them are starting to bolt into growth now or go rotten.

How many days a week do you cook using onions? (I already know Boo's answer to this one)

Hehe - I use onions when making soups (garlic as well) but I always take them out after the meal is done. Basically six days per week.

Not many out of season. One or two apples or pears or plums when they are ripe in my orchard.

None to, occasionally, one. Had to give it up for incompatibility with ADD meds.
