Taco Bell so far, but making lamb stew for tonight. Lots of potatoes, lots of carrots, lots of celery, some onion, a couple packages lamb neck cut up. Smells tasty already, but still has a ways to go.

And I'll probably have a piece of wheat toast with cheddar melted on it for dinner.
