☆Yay! Another Team Eon update!☆

Even though going to the Team Flare base in Geosenge Town was too much for her, she spent a lot of her free time in the secret very bottom floor she was told about when she was looking for Emma, because she thought it was just another abandoned building by now. She considered it to be her secret hangout like a lot of people in Hoenn had. She had asked Clemont to get the spinning and warping panels to light up bright pink and purple instead of red, green, and yellow. They had also set up a TV for her with a GameCube, N64, DVD player, and karaoke machine hooked up to it. Everything that was once Team Flare's signature deep red was now painted pink, and all the Team Flare logos were scratched off. In the oppisite corner of the room to the TV and video game consoles was plushies of a life size Snorlax, a Teddiursa, Meowth, Jigglypuff, multiple Pikachu, and a rather beat up mannequin that was dressed up as a Shiny Lopunny. In another corner was a princess-y looking sofa with an end table that looked ready to collapse, with a silver and white lamp. There was also a circular desk that looked like a large flattened pokeball with four matching chairs around it, a pot with flowers growing out of it was sitting in the center, a laptop was sitting on one end. A mini fridge was sitting in the corner. If you cheat and step over the spin panels or actually make it through the little maze, you'll find the library room that once held all of Xerosic's resarch was now home to her extensive collection of manga, anime DVDs, and video games. And did I forget to mention that everything is pink?

Malva entered a password in the elevator, revealing the secret fourth floor button. She was wanting to look for one of Xerosic's old reports, but was greeted by the sight that the room had been redone to be so bright and cheerful, like a certain Champion..

After sidestepping the spin panels, she got to the library. After looking through her Sailor Moon and Chobits books, she found a small stack of papers, just whisked to the side, that looked like it hadn't been touched in years. "Bingo." She said. Her phone abruptly rang, making her jump slightly. "Hello? Cynthia, what is it?"

"I found her. And she seems to have made even more friends. What have you found?"

"Ugh. Apparently not keeping tabs on what goes on under the Cafe means that people will come and set up housekeeping. Everything is pink! She seems to have gotten rid of that device we bought from the Devon Corporation, or she has it somewhere else."

"Exactly!" Lilli laughed. "Pokemon are magic."

They looked at Laura and tilted their head. "What do you think a special attack is?"

"One of the two type categories that actually inflict damage. I really don't get status moves." She said, bluntly. "You know, after we take off and get back, do you guys wanna see something? Me and a few friends of mine made one of the old Team Flare hideouts into our hideout!" She grinned.

(BTW, this takes place three years after the end of the game. Laura was 11 when she lost her memory, 12 when she took down Team Flare, and she's 15 now)

Mike looks out the window. "Yeah, you seem to have done a great job deicing this thing." he remarks. "Also, does anyone know anywhere we could move this thing that's not so cold? Perhaps team Flare's old base, I understand there's a big crater there which would make a great landing site. Refueling would be much easier if I could exit the ship without freezing in this climate."

Lilli checked the map on their Pokedex.

"Well apparently there's a big desert on Route 13. It's just east of Lumiose and a lot closer than Geosenge." they offered.
They showed the points on the map to Mike.

"It'd also be less conspicuous than landing in the middle of a freakin' city." they joked.

"Great idea." Mike replies. He sees Litten curiously examining a lever and decides to put him back into his pokeball. "Alright everyone, strap in" he says as he sits down in the pilot seat.

Calem adverted his eyes at the mention on Geosenge Town. "Hey, lets not go there, alright? The last time I was there the Ultimate Weapon broke down, and, please let's not land there, please?" She pleaded. Anything, a tundra, a desert, the business end of a Mega Beedrill, was better than reliving that day for them.

"Route 13 seems a lot better." Calem agreed. Laura walked back to her seat and sat down, Anna in her lap. She was actually kind of nervous as to how fast this thing went.

Lilli strapped themself into their seat.
"I'm so excited!" they said, looking over at Mike.
"Teach never lets me sit in the front."

Suddenly, there was a start, and Lilli realized they had taken off.

"Whooooaaa!!" they gasped.

They looked down below them as the Earth floated away, and the passing sky became a blur.

They tilted their head back and laughed. They looked at Mike with a sheepish grin.
"I've never been in a plane before," they confessed.

Laura had bareley felt the take-off, when she finally opened her eyes and glanced out the window, she gasped in surprise. "Sylveon..." Anna murmred at the sight. She looked over at Calem and smiled, as he seemed just as awestruck. She had thought she would get to see space one day other than in a movie, but she thought that it would be some freebie for being a celebrity. But this, this was way better. She was with her new friends, her best Pokemon friend, and her boyfriend. How much more perfect could this get?

"Um, Mike? Where are we going?" Calem asked. He had heard Kanto, Route 13, and that awful Geosenge Town, but was curious as to where they were gonna end up. Not that he was in any hurry to get off.

"It would be fun to see your hideout, Laura. I love hideouts," Guinan remarked. "I'm glad the de-icing worked," Guinan replied to Mike and sat down.

All three of her pokemon were in their pokeballs, and Guinan was strapped in by the time they took off.

(OOC: The hideout takeover is very cool. Also, I think I'll wait to see what Mikeman has to say before I describe Guinan's reaction to the takeoff, just in case there's something new to go on. I'm sure he'll describe a bit about how the engines work together to get the ship off the ground also.)

"Okay, sure! Once were in Lumiose again, I'll show you!" She chirped to Gunnian.

In front of each pilot seat there was a trident shaped object in the place of the steering wheel with 3 handles, Mike grabbed the middle one with his right hand and he grabbed a lever next to the seat with his left hand so the controls were simelar to that of a helicopter. As he pulled the lever up the engines began humming and the ship lifts off the ground after a few seconds. He moves around the yolk-like thing with the center handle to stabilize the ship as the ship vertically takes off. He stows the landing gear and tilts the engines to the forward position which gradually increases the forward acceleration. Once the plane gains speed Mike puts both hands on the other two handles of the yolk and begins flying it more like an airplane. All the instrumentation is displayed on a few screens around the cockpit which changed depending on what was needed.

(OOC: Is Lily the only one who can see the screens and the controls besides Mike?)

"What's that?" Lilli asked, pointing at the steering thingy.

Really, aside from anime, manga, shave-ice and magic, Lilli knew very little about the world. They tried to cover that up, but it was rather obvious thanks to their constant fangirling over trivial things. They were constantly asking questions, what is this, how does this work?

It annoyed their family to a great extent.

They wanted to know everything, and go everywhere and meet everyone.. but of course, that was unrealistic.
No, they had to settle down and do something perfectly mundane like art or music or running an apothecary.

"You can't travel." "No, that's impossible." "Vagabonds are weird and they smell funky."

"You're a weirdo." "You can't learn magic." "Why do you do that?" "Wizards aren't real."

"You should wear dresses." "You should get married." "You should stop dressing like you're a boy."

"Weirdo!" "Nerd!" "Loser!" "Otaku!" "Deviant, ret*d, sicko, freak.

The voices echoed and swirled in Lilli's brain, and for a moment they couldn't hear anything.

"These things control the motion of this ship, and they look a bit odd because this thing needs to function like a helicopter, a plane, and a space ship using the same set of controls." says Mike, although he was too focused on flying to notice that Lilli seemed to be quite zoned out.

The speed and altitude that they flew at was far below what the ship was capable of because of the relatively short travel distance. Before long route 13 could be seen as the ship approaches it.
