I think this thread will be locked once a secret prophecy has been fulfilled. And we know how subject to various interpretations such things can be!! All I know about this prophecy is that it involves someone winning that starts with the fifth letter of the alphabet and contains the 26th letter as well.

What on earth has been going on in this thread while I was gone for a couple of days?

The short version: The squirrel made an alphabet, then asked about tiramisu after a fake Lynn asked about coffee desserts, this became a recipe-swapping thread thanks to the abducted smiley, me and the hippo raced to Seattle for a pizza (I won), the cone kept talking about winning, I tried to steal the fake Lynn's money but the squirrel ruined it by explaining poker, there was a bee in the flowers, there was Canuck mocking which ws supposed to offend me but didn't since I'm not a Canucks fan, then cones and squirrels happened, then there was speculation about mods winning and secret prophecies.
