Did you know I got yoga (aka tennis) elbow after trying to flip my dog?

What is Savasana?

Did you know it is called one of the most difficult pose in yoga, aka The Corpse Pose.

Did you know my first question on savanna was not true?

Would you believe this is my brain while doing Savasana, and that I can't even undergo hypnosis because my brain doesn't stop being in hyper-alert or hyper-vigilant mode even when I'm asleep, as confirmed by multiple, professional sleep studies?

Would you believe I still like it after an hour of yoga, especially with a drop of lavender?

Would you believe I used to go to a yoga studio that concluded with Savasana by candlelight, and then we had the option of going to an adjacent, well-heated, private, indoor swimming pool with dim lights and huge windows looking out over rolling fields with starlight, while soft classical music was played, to unwind for another hour?

Would you have guessed that during my recent house-sit, one of the female dogs I was looking after is named Bronte?
