That's an interesting mix, Kyle! :)

It's fun to learn about the ancestries you guys have.
What about you, Sylkat? Care to share? :)

Yay, ancestry!

I started looking into mine almost ten years ago. As for me, I'm mostly Māori, but with some English, Welsh, Scottish and Irish ancestry in there, too.

I’ve never had any cards, but I’ve had some of the video games, and I particularly liked the two called Yu-Gi-Oh! Destiny Board Traveler” and “Yu-Gi-Oh! Reshef of Destruction”.
I’m not terribly good at it. There’s a lot to keep track of and I tend to forget about spells and traps.

By the way, I haven’t forgotten about the music question, Earthling. I’ve been thinking and re-listening, but I can’t rightly say that I prefer the music of any game to the music of another, I think they’re all great and a good match to the particular game they were made for. Favorite music from the games include the home town tunes (especially Pallet and Littleroot), and the tunes of soaring and surfing in ORAS.
Music faves from the series: the superior first place: Together forever (love it, love it, love it!)
Pikachu’s goodbye
What kind of Pokemon are you?
And the theme songs from Kanto and Johto.

I like Hidden Object games.

And not the Interactive ones, either.

Those are too complex.

Calling Murihiku: are you out there somewhere?

Speaking of Games: (highly interactive!) Today there be a fight between our two great nations over the possession of an Elongated Ball. One Ball to rule them all and in the scrums bind them.

I guess the All Blacks must be the Orcs (the Black Land) and the haka is what they performed before attacking the Captains of the West...)

It's interesting that you should mention that. Apparently a lot of aspies have above average skills in those kinds of games and tasks. I saw a video some time ago where a woman brought a huge "where is Waldo" image out and asked people to find him. The spectrumites she asked found him much faster than the NTs.
I tried to find the video again so i could link it, but I didn't find it. This article talks about the same thing though.

I like some puzzles (not talking about the jig saw kind!). I like my games relaxing and fun.

Game time doth approach.

About 3½ hours and counting down...

Can't wait!! :D

:D I have played both these games!

Destiny Board Traveler I don't rly care for tbh. Got the game for the promo cards. :P Not active enough gameplay for my taste. Maybe I'm playing it wrong... what do you think makes it good? :o

I have The Sacred Cards, which is the prequel to Reshef of Destruction. I enjoy the simple gameplay (real trading card game rules are very much more in-depth) but due to the lack of challenge I wasn't interested in playing it again.
A year or two ago I played through most of Reshef of Destruction. It's much better, highly challenging because the opponents have overpowered cards (like Rebecca, aka girl with teddy, who will smash you if you try to fight her with the basic deck in the early game 8O ), but really fun. Although, the moving cursor and permanent effect activation after every move drives me nuts, lol.

I actually had the CD of the first gen as a kid.
All the songs on it are great. Some of my favs are 2.B.A. Master, Double Trouble and the PokeRap.
From the Johto soundtrack I like Two Perfect Girls, can't listen to it without a smirk on my face. :)
