He paused a second, before looking at Guinan.

"This isn't just about me." he said. "It's about my people and our peace."

(OOC: Lilli is asleep.

I don't want to interrupt the flow of what I'm writing, so I'm going to post that after this is done.

It's a weird dream sequence, so
they probably wouldn't mix well.

Hint: Someone is looking for Lilli, though they are not aware.
I plan for them to experience that through dreams. )

(OOC: That sounds fun, and that makes sense to wait. Saying that Lily is asleep nearby works for now. Gristle's backstory is interesting, reminds me just a little bit of the Dresden Files.)

"People must be scared, not knowing what Ember will do next," Guinan said quietly so as not to disturb Lily and Pichu sleeping nearby. "Your world sounds wonderful, worth saving."

(Yeah, I looked it up, and it sounded strangely familiar...
Funny thing is they're both set in a place called Chicago.

I actually wrote this in about the eighth grade, but it's fun being able to flesh it out now.

It is actually inspired by a game called Undertale.)

Meanwhile in the underworld, the demons received a message from their leader.

"Rejoice, my friends," Ember's voice echoed, "for soon we will take back our planet."

Cheers broke out in the crowd.

Mike decided to take a break from the simulation for a it, largely because his non-robotic hand fell asleep and he was getting quite hot in the desert Sun. He stands up and checks the fuel level. "89% already, it shouldn't take too much longer." he says to Laura. "I guess I could get pre-flight inspection over with." He hops off the wing and goes to various important systems to see if they are ready for a flight into space. "Airspeed intake is clear... Radar altimeter looks fine... There is no visible damage... The landing gear is-.. Hold on, what's this thing? That's not supposed to be there, it seems to be a homing beacon or a tracking device of some sort. I'll need to have a look at this." He removes it, turns it off, and outs it in his pocket.

[Heya, everyone! I'm back, and that means Enye is also back in action! I've been working on Enye's story a lot during my holiday, so that's given me great ideas for here! ]

All of a sudden, a peculiar sound began to call out of nowhere. It sounded rather like a kitten meowing, but no one could tell here it was coming from.

Laura followed Mike off of the wing, and around the systems that needed inspecting. When he came across the tracking device, Laura looked at it curiously. "Do you think that the people who sent the plane to you put it on there to make sure nothing bad would happen to you? That was sweet of them." She looked at the ground, as if she was thinking about something. "Or... What if the bad guys you were talking about somehow snuck it on there?" She asked. Anna sighed. As much as she loved her, it always took Laura awhile to figure out the most obious of things, unless it was a battle, then she would be a genius.

As they made it around the ship, they were met with a very tall person, who had looked like he had been through the wringer, and a cute little flower Pokemon floating beside him.

"Ah! I forgot to introduce you! This is AZ, and don't worry, he's not a bad person." Laura chimed.

Still inside the ship, Guinan fell silent so that she could get some sleep. She would not have seen AZ or his pokemon, and she did not hear the noise outside the ship.

(OOC: Mikeman mentioned the sun, so does everyone want to skip to daylight hours?

Mike holds his hand out for a handshake. "Hello AZ, I'm Mike. Interdimensional traveler, billionaire in another universe, and engineering savant."

The only problem I see with skipping until day is that the invasion of Nexus Station would be long over by then.

... Unless... I think I can get this to work. Go ahead and skip if you want.

~More about Nexus Station~

One by one, the control room crew of Nexus Station were forced to get into escape pods at gun point. Because there was no gravity the surenderong crew floated around and the bots didn't care as long as they didn't move too fast. Mason used this to get the nearest airlock door ready to open. Everyone had gotten into their space suits earlier in preparation for combat so they would all be fine. At last everything was ready and Mason discretely pressed the execute button.

There was a loud wind sound as the air began escaping from the airlock. The bots began drifting away and their tiny thrusters could do little against the escaping air. By the time all the air was gone most of the robots were outside and the people in the control room could handle the few that remained. The airlock door closed again and pressure slowly began rising. Once the remaining crew got to their stations Mason says "OK, let's get that breach device powered up when another carrier drifts into the wrong position."

The attack robots used their small thrusters to go back to the station and enter through a previous home they drilled elsewhere in the station to attempt their attack again.

AZ shook Mike's hand, and looked back at Laura. "I've come to tell you that something bad is about to happen..." Laura gasped. "Oh no, did the Battle Mansion close?" She asked, seeming worried. AZ shook his head. "No--" He was cut off by Laura again. "Did that mean Cynthia lady steal some kid's candy?" She thought that people like Cynthia and Q was just plain mean, but Team Flare was the only truly evil ones, and other than that, the world was perfect, at least to her. "There is another bad Team that has shown up, called Team Eon." AZ finished. "I found this, it's not urgent, because I doubt they can do anything bad without this.." He said, halfway smiling. He handed her a device that looked like a pen, except it had a light where the inky-thingy should be, and it had DEVON CORPORATION on the side. It had a bright yellow sticky note stuck to it as well. Laura shined the light from her Pokedex screen over it, cleared her throat, and tried to do her best to sound as stuck up as possible:

"Malva,

The Dimensional Pen has't been cooperating with me lately. When I tried to get the Glitter Charms from the Glitter Force that you wanted, I ended up just ticking off Candy and accidentally open who knows how many portals and they just left in a big flash of light. I'll assume they're still open, since the pest seems to have made a very colorful bunch of friends, seemingly from diffrent worlds. I think that portals scattered all over the world, so I know I royally screwed up. I'm sorry.

Team Eon admin Celosia"

"That explains a lot, I guess..." She trailed off, her voice back to normal. She was dumbstruck at what she just read.

Also, nice job writing the action Mike. I can't wait to see how this battle turns out. )

Meanwhile, Lilli had a dream.

They looked back.

It was sunset and they were far from the village.
They'd asked around but no one had seen her.

Their eyebrows squinched.
Worried?

Yeah. But their worry gave them resolve.

They were scared. But they would go there, and they'd stop everywhere along the way. And wherever they stopped, they would check.

They had to.













(OOC: I will be doing dream sequences like this regularly where Lilli dreams about another person.

(The Glitter Force/Smile Pretty Cure is an awesome magical girl anime. It's on Netflix as the Glitter Force (it's English adaptation name) and it's on TV in Japan as Smile Pretty Cure. Candy is the equivalent to Luna from Sailor Moon for them.)

Meanwhile, outside the ship, the meowing grew louder and louder until everyone who wasn't asleep could easily hear the plaintive cries. Enye stood silently, sand shifting slightly beneath her feet, her expression unreadable. "It's only a ghost. No need to be afraid." She muttered blandly to no one in particular. "A ghost I cannot reach."

As the sound outside grew louder and louder, Guinan opened her eyes. She groaned and shifted position to look out the windows. Not seeing anything unusual, she sighed and closed her eyes once more, though she would not be sleeping immediately.

(OOC: Mikeman, I like Mason's strategy. Kuraudo, a ghost fits right in with all the mayhem, doesn't it? Midnightstar, nice tie-in with Team Eon to explain how Enye and Gristle found their way to this particular spot in the pokemon verse, since they had no control over where they ended up.)

The meowing quieted a little, but Enye still stared forlornly off into nowhere, as if wandering in lost memories.
