I was just saying to Murihiku how nice it is that you are a regular back here again.

It's my busiest time of the year, and the last week or two has been crazy (working til 10pm some nights) so I haven't been around much.

Hi skilpadde, feel so sleepy actually, been a bit demotivated lately because I have been unable to do any running for nearly two months due to an inflamed heel. Luckily I'm off on a brief holiday soon to see my dear friend, so maybe I'll feel better then. It should give me the impetus / creative boost I need to resume my writing and other activities.

Wish I could hop... what's the use of a perfectly good right leg when the left foot needs retreading?

There was a bit of a flurry of activity in the forums last night, it was like old times. It's been a long time since I've had that kind of thing here, where you are almost chatting to people in real time.

Hey, Enviro! Really sorry about your heel, be sure to let it rest. Sorry it demotivates you; that can be almost as bad as the inflammation itself.
