So I found out the hard way that since I'm allergic to shellfish, I'm also allergic to crickets. Ate almost a whole bag of chips made from crickets before I noticed the allergy warning.
Thankfully not deathly allergic, just extremely uncomfortable.

Never cover your mouth when sneezing or coughing. How is your body going to rid itself of germs if you don't let them go flying out? And if you do cough or sneeze into your hands, don't wash them and be sure to touch everything with them afterwards.
