I wish I had a flat panel TV that could also double as a monitor for my computer.

granted, but sitting so close the radiation from the flat screen TV gives you a permanent unnatural glow.


i wish i could time travel back to the UK during the height of the manchester music scene and the beginnings of brit pop.

Granted, but the inclusion of your iPhone in your pocket means its constant noises and communications to you make you seem like a freaky whacked out alien.

Having Aspergers is nothing after this.



I wish that long, full skirts were in fashion again.

granted, but then in rewinding fashion to a time where clothing was more aesthetically pleasing it means that, invariably and inescapably, you must then live through the years where fashion has been phoned in by designers (a term loosely used) recycling what they wore as teenagers and catering to pop culture.

Granted you move to Darwin in Australia where it is 38C and really really humid.

I wish it was cooler tonight so I could sleep.

Done, yet the cooler weather means you have to run around closing windows and handing out doonas to yourself and everyone around you, who also have no doonas and become demanding.

Australia seems conducive to peace after this.


I wish that I had maximum computer proficiency (today I can't even edit photos properly it seems and it's making me feel I can't believe I once started a computer programming degree.

Granted, yet when you get this phone it has so many glitches that you hoik it into the nearest rubbish bin at the latest proximity to light speed and get an old Nokia brick instead that lasts you for several decades.
