Granted, you now have a cashier allocated personally to you so you can withdraw money every minute.

Granted... but its a long wait for the money to come or its delayed and for once im saying something serious.

Granted, the Arctic is no longer melting because it has all melted and turned to desert.

I wish I had a pet penguin.

You get a pet penguin, you share a bath with it. It then pecks you very hard in the privates. You jump out of the bath and run around the house yelling in pain. The police then come out and arrest the flasher, while you are in jail the penguin then uses your credit card to order 100 tons of fish which arrive the next day. The penguin eats too much fish and dies, you then get out of jail and come back to the house to find it smelling of decaying fish.

I wish that I could join my mind in a Dr Spock type mind melt with several smart aspies to try to create the super aspie mind.

You can have your bag of salted peanuts, the only problem is that appears when you are sleeping in your bed on your chest. The bag contains 3000 kg of nuts and is on top of you. So you are crushed and entombed in peanuts.

I wish I was a pan dimensional super intelligent creature like the ones in the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy. But I will have worked out a method of avoiding being turned into a mouse and I have also worked out how to keep the vogons at bay.
