I can remember Pebbles and Bam-Bam first being on the show. I was upset it would change the show.

Oh, isn't that funny----I felt the EXACT same way!!

Waffle Iron

I've always wanted one----but, I figure I'd only use it a few times, and then it would end-up in the "Kitchen Gadget Graveyard" with, for instance, my indoor grill. LOL

I always keep one of these at my desk at work... it gives my hands something (relatively quiet) to play with when I'm on conference calls.

When I was in grade school, my family used to have a lot of get-togethers at my grandma's house. There wasn't much for us kids to do except play board games, so we came up with our own little versions of them to pass the time. My favorite one was 'Modified Monopoly', where we replaced all the game pieces with plastic cows and you collected cookies for passing 'Go'. :D

I'm not too much of a fan of roller coasters. I can't handle the high speeds and heights, which is why I usually ride slower rides.

My Mom worked as a truckdriver for part of my childhood. She would always play those claw games in various truck stops and restaurants along the way, so, when she'd come back, she'd give us the things she won and we had them stuck all up on the walls as decorations; fuzzy dice, little bears, et all.

Well, if it's the shoe lift thing, I'm 6-2
and don't need a better view.
If it's the beer left in the bottom of
the glass, I didn't leave any.

Tunkan, just FYI: "heeltaps" are just the "plates" on the heel of your shoe (bottom) that need to be replaced by a Cobbler when they wear-out; "the shoe lift thing" are called "lifts", and go INSIDE the shoe. I know wha'cha mean about "the view", as I am 5'11", and I'm a GIRL!

Ah, thank you Cat!
I had no idea what they were.
I tried waiting for someone else to take that word. :)
The dictionary meaning wasn't making sense.
(5-11 -- cool!) (and I reckon a drag for a girl sometimes)
