Both Gumball and Calem looked at Eyne, unsure. "A-Are you gonna be okay...?" Eyne apparently hated that barrier with a passion, enough to be hit with a Pokemon attack, which must be pretty bad.

Gumball was actually pretty exited, as he loved breaking barriers. "Okay... Are you gonna be alright?" Calem asked, concerned.

(Eyne never introduced herself... )

Guinan frowned slightly and nodded sympathetically as Enye told the story. As Gristle got up, Guinan said, "Wow, hi, I don't know how you managed to sleep through everything." Without knowing the full plan from their discussion earlier, she decided not to fill Gristle in just yet.

"Go right ahead." Enye smiled reassuringly. "This form I bear is merely stitched together out of magic. I will not be damaged regardless of what happens." Her eyes glowed white again, and it was as if something ethereal opened up inside Enye's body, something incredibly beautiful and spirited. "This is, by the way, one of the many reasons why Q dislikes me, along with my mating habits, but that is another story to be told later." Her voice sounded oddly distorted and haunting, as if coming from multiple directions at once. "Go."

"Gumball, use Psyshock!" Calem commanded. "Mmrroww!" He cried, as his ears flipped up, hitting Eyne with a strong psycic energy. Laura cringed, Anna covered her eyes with her ribbons, and Riku let himself back in his Poke ball, assuming that now wasn't the time to tell her. Once Laura heard the attack end, she cautiously opened her eyes and looked at her. "Are you alright? Did Gumball make any headway?" Laura asked.

Enye was bent double, nearly on the floor, but otherwise she looked uninjured. When she looked up, her eyes were still white. "No. The barrier is still inside of me. Perhaps because I accidentally created it, a part of me does not want to relinquish it. What shall we do now?"

Watching the attack, Guinan cringed too. "Is there anything I can do to help?" she asked Enye when it was over as she watched to see how Enye would recover.

"Oh...oh no..." Enye gasped suddenly. "Oh no..." Her form abruptly began spasming and shifting strangely. She instantly had a flashback to when she had been trapped in a turbo lift on Deep Space Nine during her Remalek phase with Odo and Dax, and had tried [thankfully unsuccessfully] to eat them. "Listen carefully. During the next while, do not attempt to speak to me or help me in any way. I am going into my Remalek phase, and I cannot explain what it is, but stay absolutely still and-" Her body twitched and jerked as a boney tail and two giant skeletal wings erupted out of her back, and scythe-like claws curved out of her hands and feet. Her eyes remained deathly white, and her face was like a pale mask. For a long moment, she stayed perfectly still.

[Just to give a bit of clarification, the barrier actually did break, but said barrier was also holding her Remalek phase back, so now that the barrier's gone, she's instantly transformed. I haven't quite figured out what a Remalek phase really is, but I think it has something to do with bestial or primal instincts going crazy.]

Guinan gasped but stayed still as Enye instructed. Only her eyes moved as she looked from the transformed Enye to the others and back again. She wondered if it had something to do with the psychic attack, but to bring it up, she would have to mention the attack. Enye had clearly instructed not to disturb her.

*click* *click* Enye's claws made eerie clattering noises on the floor as she turned this way and that, perhaps wondering what to do next or whether to try eating someone. She softly advanced on everyone in the ship, peering at them with her pure white eyes, as if trying to determine if they were good to eat. She then came across the abandoned cake box still lying on the floor, and sniffed at the cake left inside. She then sat motionless next to the box, as if struggling to remember something important. Her boney tail rattled creepily as she lashed it back and forth in agitation. She then noticed the inscription on the box lid: 'For Aelkai. Happy Birthday! Love and Kitty Kisses from Enye.' For several heartpounding moments, Enye simply stared at nothing, statuesque and silent. Then, with a primal, howling cry, her bone appendages retracted, her face reclaimed its features, and her eyes lost their milky white colour. Enye lay sprawled on the floor, her mouth moving in a effort to speak, but nothing came out.

For the first time ever, Laura felt just as scared as when she was in Team Flare's hideout. She sat as still as a statue, tears welling up in her eyes as Eyne looked her over. Laura passed out from anxiety again, as she moved on to Calem. He seemed more weirded out than scared of her.

As Eyne went back to normal, Calem shifted his attention to Laura. Oh Arceus, she passed out again... he thought, looking at her, then back at Eyne, wondering if he should try to wake Laura up, or if the 'stay perfectly still' rule that Eyne said still applied and if he moved, he would just put Laura, himself, and everybody else on the ship in danger.

"mmn...Hungry...need food...I want honey, please." Enye mumbled, completely breaking the tension covering the entire ship. "The barrier's gone...wake me up when Aelkai comes back..." The magical girl then curled up in her cloak and fell instantly asleep.

Guinan was frozen with fear, eyes wide open, muscles tensed. She made sure not to look the creature directly in the eye, as she did not want to provoke a challenge.

As the creature transformed back into the magical girl, who promptly fell asleep, a snapping sound could be heard as Q appeared, standing next to Guinan. "Kill her while you have the chance," Q said softly before vanishing in an instant.

Guinan ignored Q and addressed Calem. "Is Laura hurt?" she asked, since Calem was closest to Laura.

Calem smiled softly, walking up to her. "She sometimes passes out from panic attacks. She'll be up any minute now." he explained. "If she doesn't wake up, maybe I'll Disney her." He joked.

Laura, who was starting to regain her consiousness, heard what he said, snapped up, her face bright red. "It's fine... You don't have to!" She gasped, running up to them.

"You'll do what?" Guinan said blankly to Calem. As Laura got up to join them, Guinan visibly relaxed.

"Nevermind..." He chuckled slightly. Oh my Arceus, did he almost actually...? Maybe I shouldn't have watched Sleeping Beauty when he just had to visit my house a few weeks ago amd maybe he wouldn't have gotten any ideas. Laura thought, her face still red. But she still wanted to know just what happened to Eyne. "So," she started. "Just what happened to Eyne?"

One of the cargo hatches on the floor opens up and Mike nervously comes out. "It's over, right?"
