I miss the obvious things very easily. It took me four months to realize that they had built three new stores - big stores too, like Home Depot - in an area that I go through quite frequently. Four months. Don't know what happened to the construction, because I missed that too. :)

nothing gets past me....

even wierd things in movies....

for example in 'Hawk the Slayer' the hero uses his sword to free a man tied to a tree... he cuts one hand free, then the other... but.. if its a tree then one cut would do surely?...

I tend to pick up on details, yes. I'm a nitpicker about that type of thing. It's just the big things that I miss all the time.
