Granted, you are now not allergic to oak pollen, but instead are now allergic to nitrogen.



I wish there were jobs for everyone and that employers wouldn't treat the people who do the physical labor as if they were plebeians.

Granted, there are now virtual jobs for everyone lifting virtual boxes onto trucks which are then driven by virtual employees to virtual destinations where they are unloaded and reloaded onto other trucks by more virtual employees. This cycle continues indefinitely. Everyone is employed and nobody ever sees their employer anyway.

I wish for gainful and interesting virtual work.

Granted: You are paid in virtual money.

I wish for an additional rest day without a cut in pay.

granted. But I made it with eggs that have been sitting outside for two monthes in the summer and the cheese was found in my lunchbox from last year.
