[Okay, this segment is really long because I planned it out last night in bed and this morning while daydreaming! Yes, I was that excited!]

Meanwhile, on Deep Space Nine:

Odo was not looking forward to his meeting with Sisko, as he knew that when the Commander was deadly calm he was usually furious.
"Did it ever occur to you that, if Aelkai is, in fact, Enye's child, she could just as easily transform?" Odo froze, eyes wide with horror as Sisko regarded him coolly. "If she so much as twitches oddly, you are to stun her instantly and lock her up. That is an order; do you understand?"
"Yes." Odo answered bleakly, wondering how he would ever be able to explain it all to Kira, Dax, and O'Brien without upsetting them.
Odo's bad mood only increased when Quark rushed into his office later that night, but something about the Ferengi's expression made him pause. Quark was terrified, and when Odo saw what Enye had hidden [quite cleverly, in his opinion] in one of the oldest storerooms behind Quark's bar, he, too, felt a rush of fear.
A towering crystalline form lay before them, unmistakably Aelkai caught in mid-transformation, bony wings and tail half bursting out of her back, eyes transfixed and milky-white. There was dead silence until Quark said, shuddering,
"S-so the Aelkai wandering around the station is a...ghost? Or a whatdoyoucallem...astral projection?"
"Odo?" Aelkai's voice behind them made Odo's entire body clench, and he turned slowly. "Odo, I'm so sorry! I cannot sleep like this, since my true form is here, so I have been awake for nights and nights now. I could not stand it any longer; I had to come here." The young girl looked utterly distraught, standing there in her nightgown. "But now I know why I have been staying on the Promenade so much, even though I dislike crowds and noisy people. I tried to stay away, but my true form kept calling me back."
"But if you go back into yourself..." Quark's eyes seemed huge in his face. "Won't you go on a rampage like Enye did?" Thankfully, Aelkai shook her head. "I will sleep, likely for a long while, but I could awaken any moment. I am so sorry."
"Did Enye trap you here to keep both you and everyone safe?" Odo asked, suddenly understanding how much it must have hurt Enye to seal away what was possibly her only child.
"Yes. She did not want me to end up like her." Aelkai smiled slightly. "Now I can sleep again. Say goodbye to everyone for me, will you, Odo?" Odo reached out involuntarily, perhaps to hold her back, but his hand went right through her as Aelkai simply stepped forward and vanished into the gigantic crystal form.
"So...so do we tell Sisko?" Quark asked uncertainly, clearly wondering what in the world to do next.
"We tell the senior officers and no one else." Odo said at last, though rather sharply, even for him.
The next morning there was a notice about 'Crystal Alert' posted on the wall next to the Promenade door.
Still, all was well for roughly a week and a half until an ominous CRACK split the air one afternoon, and everyone on the Promenade froze before creating scene of controlled chaos as they all tried to leave at once. At last they were gone, leaving only Odo, Dax, Kira, Sisko, and Dr. Bashir on the Promenade as the crackling sounds grew louder and louder.
"Do we...do we shoot to kill?" Dr. Bashir asked, trying to keep his voice under control.
"No!" Kira and Dax nearly shouted together.
"Odo and I brought Enye back; we can bring Aelkai back, too." Dax exclaimed, clearly trying to sound more confident than she felt, but then everyone looked at Sisko, who was clearly struggling with his conscience.
Suddenly there was silence, then: *click* *click* *click*
Aelkai's Remalek form was noticeably larger than Enye's for some reason, but just as terrifyingly fast, and even worse: starving. She lunged abruptly out of the storeroom, tearing the door apart, and landed noiselessly on a table nearly, staring blankly around, yet not moving at all. Odo was almost wondering if it would had been better to abandon the Promenade altogether until Aelkai wore herself into collapse like Enye had, but then Aelkai threw herself at Kira.
It took the combined efforts of Sisko and Dax to help him wrestle Aelkai away from Kira, while Dr. Bashir tried again and again to at least stun her, but nothing seemed to work. Twice Sisko nearly got skewered by Aelkai's deadly claws, and Dax got the wind knocked out of her when Aelkai's tail hit her in the stomach and sent her flying into two tables.
It took all four of them just to hold the transformed girl down, but Dr. Bashir's attempts at injecting her with a knockout serum did nothing.

Meanwhile, back on Mike's ship:
Enye was staring off into space again, floating aimlessly around the ship, but then Guinan noticed with a twinge of fear that the magic girl's eyes were completely white.

Meanwhile, back on the Promenade:
Aelkai suddenly went limp, and Odo thought for a moment that Dr. Bashir had been successful, but then he heard Enye's voice behind them, and stared in disbelief. Enye was, indeed, standing there, but looking oddly unsubstantial, as if she wasn't even there at all. She opened her arms wide, and said in a weirdly distant voice, "Come to me, Aelkai." The transformed girl knocked everyone over in her effort to get to Enye [it was practically a miracle that no one got sliced by her claws]. Yet as soon as Aelkai touched Enye's wavering form, crystal spread across her entire body, until she was once again motionless, sealed utterly in crystal. Before anyone could say anything, Enye disappeared, and no one noticed that Q had been watching the whole affair from behind Quark's bar...

[Now I have no idea what happens next! I seem to be quite good at suspense.]

(I haven't done anything with Team Eon in ages! Does anyone want to know how they're holding up? I haven't done anything with them, mainly because I was focused on the incredibly cute couple that is Laura and Calem! (I daybream about them probably in the same way that Kura daydreams about Deep Space 9 and the Enterprize, most likely! And yes, I am a huge hopeless romantic.)

Enye sighed heavily and began to move again. Guinan noted with relief that the girl's eyes were no longer white and that she seemed to be back to normal. "I was just helping Aelkai on Deep Space Nine's Promenade. She transformed, too." Enye explained bleakly. "I had to seal her in crystal again, but now I have no idea what to do, since I cannot just teleport her somewhere, yet nor can I risk waking her up again. Commander Sisko is probably furious with us...I never even thought that removing the barrier could cause all this..."

Laura and Calem looked at each other, both slightly embarrased at how close they were.

How did our faces get this close? Laura thought awkwardly.

Now's the perfect time! Calem thought nervously.

Laura heard Eyne's talking, and flew up to her, with Calem following after her, slightly dissapointed, but was slightly conceren about Eyne when he saw her. "Are you alright?" Laura asked, concerned.

[Go right ahead with Team Eon if you'd like, Midnightstar! ]

"I am always fine." Enye smiled. "I need to stop letting my emotions and mind run wild. Always fine..." She trailed off, looking genuinely uncertain, though.

Meanwhile, back on Deep Space Nine:

"I don't care how. I want her off the station!" Sisko was definitely angry, and Dax could hear the tension in his voice. "This is a deep space station, not a hideout for other-dimensional m..." Dax winced, aware that Sisko had almost called Enye and Aelkai monsters.
"But she is our friend!" Kira protested, looking just as angry as Sisko. "Both Enye and Aelkai would never willingly harm anyone. How can we even be sure if it's safe to move Aelkai anywhere, encased in crystal like that?"
"But she could break free any moment! It's simply not safe in the slightest to keep her here." Sisko exclaimed firmly.
"But who knows where Enye even is! We could at least wait for her to come--" Dax began reasonably, but Sisko interrupted.
"Even if we do wait, she could be in another dimension for all we know, and the fact remains: Aelkai must be moved elsewhere."
"And then what? We drop her on an uninhabited planet, all alone, and if she does break free, let her run around tearing things apart?" Kira yelled.
"Sounds like a great plan." A new voice interrupted, and everyone turned angrily to stare hard at Q.

"You don't look very convincing, you know." Calem said, flatly.

『★Meanwhile, Mabel Goes Nuts!★』

"Oh, crap..." Mabel muttered. "Where the heck is the Dimensional Pen!?" She yelled, a lot louder. She was near tearing up the upper floor, the one that looked like a cafe, looking for the missing pen, but it was nowhere to be found. She could only go into the pest's hideout if absolutely necessary, because they wanted to take her by supprise and not let her find out about them until they were about to do what they wanted to in Kalos.

"Mabel, just what are you doing?" Said a familiar voice from behind her. Mabel whirled around to see Cynthia. "Oh, I-I lost one of my hairpins, thats all!" She stamered.

"No, I'm not very convincing." Enye agreed amiably, as if she had been asked if there was any ice cream left and had found that there was none.

Meanwhile, on Deep Space Nine:

"We're not just going to abandon a little girl on a random planet!" Kira protested, glaring at Q.
"But she isn't a little girl anymore." Q pointed out, and everyone became distinctively uneasy, for none of them knew where to draw the line between 'innocent girl' and 'dangerous monster' in Aelkai's case.

Guinan didn’t heed Mike’s advice right away. “I should do that, shouldn’t I?” she said as she spun around in the air.

She stopped to watch Enye with some concern, but as the moment passed, she realized she could not help the girl.

Instead, Guinan removed one of her shoes and pushed it toward the roof with her hand. It bounced back. She tossed it and caught it a few times as she inched closer to the roof. She hit the roof with her arm and pushed off so that she bounced between the roof and the floor, moving toward the back in the process.

(OOC: Kuraudo, I’m confused as I read your Enterprise/DS9 timeline. You had Enye on the promenade shortly before she appeared in the Pokemon universe. Then you’ve got Aelkai’s story over the course of a week, and then Enye intercepts her in the present. Would you clarify? Also, it’s unusual that Odo isn’t the first one to imprison Enye and Aelkai at the first sign of danger.

Mikeman, cool, I guess my zero-g scene with Guinan was OK in Mike’s ship then. Did I screwed up writing Guinan’s orientation? Also, you said that the earth would seem to pass by slowly, but I’m confused because I did a little searching, and from orbit, they’d see 16 sunrises and 16 sunsets per day, so that’s pretty fast. Sorry I didn’t put the stars in before. I’d started writing my scene before I saw that it was supposed to be a night view.

Midnight star, I’m curious about Team Eon, because you left off with Emma in potential danger if I recall correctly. I actually thought maybe you were holding off for a reason, like, making all our characters intercept Emma later. The other thread we could pick up later is the mysterious key from earlier in the story, before Guinan, Enye, and Grissle arrived.)

^[Basically the timeline is this: Aelkai and Enye arrive on Deep Space Nine, Enye transforms twice, Aelkai is sealed away, Enye leaves and ends up in the Pokemon universe, Aelkai's ghost/astral projection starts wandering around different dimensions, encounters the Enterprise, gets dropped off at DSN again, she finds her sealed self, and gets sealed again when Enye links with her [telepathically? I don't know. I'm just going to say it's the Power of Love. ] Everything from Aelkai finding the Enterprise has been running concurrently with our roleplay. Sorry if I didn't make that clear! Oops.
Yeah, you're right, I hadn't thought of that. So much for knowing my Star trek characters... I guess Kira has to have a word with Odo about not doing his job. Then again, maybe Aelkai's magnetism also influences people, so it could be that she's influencing people unconsciously or deliberately to get them to support her.]

"Am I being mopey?" Enye asked, not talking to anyone in particular. "If I am, just say so and I'll lighten up. Literally."

Guinan managed to grab onto one of the seats. "Mopey?" she chuckled. "You've been through a lot. Feel free to try to have fun if you can though. How often do you get to do this?"

(OOC: I think I get the timeline now, except for your last couple of posts which took place over the course of several days. Yeah, Kira would probably say something to Odo.)

Enye grinned and began doing flips and twists worthy of an Olympic gymnast.

[The way I see it, the Star trek universe and the Pokemon universe don't exactly have synchronized time. *shrug* Whatever. ]

Meanwhile, back on Deep Space Nine:
"Even if she isn't a monster, she isn't exactly an innocent girl." Q continued darkly, oblivious to the tranquil glare Sisko was aiming in his direction. "But...have it your way. Honestly, humans are so...disorganized." With that, Q vanished [to everyone's great relief].
Sisko breathed deeply for a moment, and then said, "Dax and O'Brien, run a scan of any uninhabited planets nearby that might be safe enough, and beam Aelkai onto it. Dr. Bashir, monitor her closely. Kira, try sending a subspace message to Enye. That is all. Dismissed."

[This is, of course, going under the assumption that the transporter doesn't kill the person or people being beamed and creates a copy of them, but actually transports them.]

Sam is looking through the sensor data when he notices a problem and connects to the intercom, "Mike, from what I gather it seems like the sensor array has a minor problem. It should be pretty easy to fix, but you really should get on that." Mike rolls his eyes. "This bucket of a ship is so-" he kicks one of the seats which causes him to rotate forward quickly and hit his head. "Oww..." He goes down to the cargo area and works on setting up the 3D printer so it can create the necessary replacement parts. Suddenly he stops and comes back up, "Enye, while I remember, how to we get that sea serpent over here?"

Mason looks over a map of the station and finds an alternate route to the wormhole chamber that has no hull breaches. He starts going that way when he hears voices and quickly hides in one of the rooms along the hall. Two Heiwa Federation soldiers walk past talking about the latest Martian Olympics and when Mason is sure that they are gone he continues on his way. He found it a bit odd that so few people were looking for him here, maybe even a bit suspicious. He began thinking every through more carefully and right before he turned a corner an idea hit him. What if they are setting a trap for me by forcing me to go a certain route to get to my destination?

He finds a restroom and hits the mirror with the back of his gun to shatter it, he picks up a particularly large piece and returns to where he was, holding the mirror fragment out to let him see around the corner. He sees a group of soldiers right around the corner waiting for him, and once they see the mirror one of them shoots it causing it to shatter. Someone yells "After him!" and Mason runs away as fast as he can. A few bullets fly past Mason as he quickly retraces his steps, and he feels a bullet hit the small oxygen tank on his back under his shirt but the bullet ricochets off without causing much damage. Up ahead is the dead end he was confronted with earlier with the closed airlock door, he had to figure out what to do fast or else they would catch him. He sees the two soldiers that had walked past him earlier who start perusing him too. Cornering him here was likely their plan all along, and he had walked right into it.

DataB4, Earth would seem to pass by rather slowly because although orbital velocity is very fast Earth's surface would be about 200 kilometers away (and Earth is over 12,000 kilometers in diameter, so it would still seem very large in the sky). Between things appearing over the horizon and disappearing behind it things stay visible for about 5 minutes at a time. Also, in space the stars are visible even when the Sun is out and the idea is that we are still on the day side of Earth. It should also be noted that objects in motion stay in motion unless acted upon by an outside net force, so things won't just naturally slow down.

Holding on to the seat with one hand and the shoe with the other, Guinan whistled as she watched Enye's zero-g gymnastic moves. "You've done this before, haven't you?" she asked her.

All the while, others may have noticed Guinan's impractical attire. Her robe floated upward unless she actively pushed it down, revealing purple shorts underneath.

(OOC: Thanks for clarifying that, Mikeman. Sorry about my mistake earlier.)

Enye grinned cheekily. "Yes, I have." She answered vaguely, as her cloak floated out behind her like a highly impressive flag. "I once took Aelkai to the Tetra-Alpha Dimension to visit some Headless Horsewomen friends of mine [it's a long story]. They have zero gravity there, and we had quite a lot of fun. Although..." She paused and laughed aloud. "There is a squadron of knights there who, last I checked, were campaigning against the Horsewomen, but the knights unfortunately forgot that fighting in zero gravity while wearing full plate armor guarantees that you will loose."
Guinan laughed at the idea, wondering what other bizarre dimensions Enye had been to.

[Just imagine a PA system going off: "Attention. Deep Space Nine's crew have now bee restored to their normal characterization, sanity, and common sense. They will no longer be acting like idiots. Thank you." I was going over what I had written in my head last night and realized how silly it all seemed. But, now I know why I haven't written fan-fiction since I was ten or eleven. Granted, it's not like Star Trek characters haven't acted oddly before. Also, in my daydreams, Enye and Aelkai have actually lived on DSN for years and know everyone quite well, but I couldn't quite make that work here.]

"Terra Alpha Dimension? Where's that?" She asked curiously. Unless she was doing something, she kept her arms pinned to her sides to keep her dress from going everywhere, but she watched Eyne's midair dancing in awe.

What Mike was doing piqued her interest. "A friend of mine has one of those! He let me borrow it to make dolls." She smiled at the thought of her said friend, the same one that attempted to make the Pokemon communication devices.

(They weren't acting like idiots from what I could tell. )
