No, what I meant was it would be perfect if he did have some instructional DVD based solely on how he uses science and chemistry in his cooking. Sorry about that Campin, but you could still get DVDs on his shows. I know he uses a vacuum cleaner as one of his cooking instruments and other things like liquid nitrogen, only its not in a step by step guide unfortunately, which is a pity but maybe for the best for us laymen.
