I'm not sure where this goes in the alphabet. It appears to go along or by the T's so I'll just drop it here:

Þórshöfn, Iceland - a small fishing village in northeast Iceland

Note: From what I understand in Norwegian History, a thing was a large gathering of people where they would meet. This appears to have also been spelled as Þing in Iceland, so I assume that Þ is something like a th.

I guess that reading a book a few years ago on Norwegian history was quite worthwhile. I felt that the notion of the thing was the most interesting thing in the book even if it only took up a few paragraphs.
