I think she meant for training purposes, on a temp basis before it goes to someone blind.

You could adopt a dog. If you visited an animal shelter you'd be hard put to return empty handed after seeing the appeal in many pairs of eyes.

A cat, or even a rodent such as a rat or gerbil, would be a good choice.

Reptiles are also great, but many countries have assorted regulations about them. Even so called "cold blooded" creatures can be very loving.

Especially turtles, but I won't get that.

There's someone else around here who likes turtles. I just can't think who it is at the moment.

Why do you never post in other areas?

I'm making an effort to post in other areas, myself.

But still this is the area that gets the most posts, because its pointlessness makes it more fun than the most played multiplayer game. I tried LOL once, and as soon as they found out I was a dumb beginner they were like "get outta here noob".

They were inventors. Neither one married.

That explains how they so much time for crazy inventions that seemed so useless at that time. If they had been married they would have had wives and kids screaming into their ears all day long, ugh...and we would not have airplanes now.

Trains are always my favorite.

I grew up on Thomas the Tank Engine.

I had a special interest in toy trains as a kid.

I LOVE trains! There's a flying train boat in my fantasy book!
