Granted. Potassium metabisulfite is no more! Many chemicals we have today are no longer able to be made, and life sucks because of that. By-the-way, what do you hate so much about potassium metabisulfite?

I wish my Kindle e-reader would display a Stop Error screen and dump its physical memory to a text file (called dump.txt) instead of freezing when a fatal system error is encountered.

Granted, it will not get dark again, but your hemisphere will be unhabitable due to the high temperatures of being exposed to the sun all the time.
