I recognized him from a programme called 'Z-Cars' (or something like that) that was shown on the AFRTS network on Diego Garcia in the British Indian Ocean Territories.

That looks like my grandfather and I back in the 1960s (yes back when I had hair, and yes my ears did stick out that much).

You need to do a better job of concealing the source. This pic has the boy's name in its URL. I saw it when I quoted the post.
