Are You Joyful?

You Are Joyful

You have quite a bit of joy in your life. Sometimes you just stop and realize how beautiful your life is.
You know those moments where everything is peaceful and perfect? Well, you have a few of those - and you could use more of them.

Try to get rid of as much stress and noise as possible in your life. True joy comes from true simplicity.
Also, try to develop an attitude of gratitude in your life. It's a lot easier to be joyful when you're thankful.

You Are Very Joyful

You may not be happy all of the time, but you experience frequent moments of joy in your life.
There are moments so perfect that time has stood still and you wish you could freeze it forever.

You are so joyful because you appreciate the small things in life. You know joy is more about who you are than what you have.
You are thankful to be alive, and you know that things could be a lot worse. You are content with your life.

loool what is ought to say is that I'm easily contented wallowing in my own misery and occasionally experience joy as a result of my wallowing :wall:

Ok, so I am content, could be better, could be worse, c'est la vie :cool:

You Are Not Joyful

You may be happy enough in your life, but you never experience moments of pure joy.
It's likely that your life is too hectic and troubled to really stop and small the roses.

Try to carve out some blissful alone time for yourself, even if it's just once a week.
Joy isn't complicated or hard to achieve. Even sitting quietly drinking a cup of tea can be quite joyful.
