I think the magic would win cause they can manipulate the bullets. Even tho he would get hurt.

Godzilla vs Batman.

Batman could hurt Godzilla with a variety of wonderful bat gadgets, but Godzilla would win it just by biting off the head of Gotham City's blue-eyed boy.
