Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard. It may be labeled [PrtScn].

Open an image editing program, such as Microsoft Paint.

Go to the Edit menu and choose Paste.

If prompted to enlarge the image, choose Yes.

Optional: Use your image editor's crop tool to crop out unnecessary portions of the screen shot.

Go to the File Menu and choose Save As.

Navigate to the folder where you want to save the image.

Type a file name for the image.

Select a file type.

Click the Save button.

Thanks I'll try that later. I was trying to put the head of an old man on an orangutan but couldn't figure out where a crop tool was.

I'm no good at doing that stuff myself but check out this gallery:
http://www.hemmy.net/2006/08/29/photosh ... ds-galore/
Most of them are quite cool but there are a few really freaky ones.

I also have a picture on my computer from a while ago of a turtle with a cat's head, but it's too much trouble to upload it somewhere and I can't find it online. In the same gallery as that one there was a dolphin with a tiger's head, which was also pretty cool but again, I can't find it.

Those are really cool, but I really want people to muck in and make their own, no matter how inept. The inepter the better, in fact.

My first-ever Paint experiment, seamlessly integrated, a self-portrait.

Behold, the elusive f**k:

Your splicing skills put mine to shame! I'll see if I can find time to create a new monstrosity later.

Nice one! Your octopunoceros gives my arachnopus feelings of inadequacy.
