Yes.
Only during the very off-peak times. I can't imagine suffering through the crowds at other times. I just went again two months ago. It was fantastic. The weather was in the 50s (F), and the crowds were minimal. The biggest crowds were at the new Wizarding World attraction (which was the reason for my trip).
I found the coasters a bit intense as I always do, and have increasingly as I get older, but I loved the whimsy, and I really enjoyed the Jurassic Park area playground. Wizarding World had too many people. I had the greatest time there, however, and a few moments in the packed shops proved worth it.
Do not go when they are busy. It's not about the queues (which actually offer their own entertainment, and due to the lack of lines, I did not get to fully enjoy the special elements of Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey). It's about the noise and the crowds.
