Just make up a really bizarre, gory, painful way to murder someone. I'll start:

Toss the victim into a vat of angry, rabid squirrels. Just before they die from their wounds, rub salt on them and toss them into a massive pot of boiling oil.

Sew someone's mouth shut then knock out all their teeth and make sure they choke to death on them.

First the killer duct tapes the victim to the wall, and with a staple(Note: not a a stapler) the killers tenderly cuts the victims throat. Then proceeds to force a stapler down the victim's throat before leaving the victim to choke on it. Very painful and very personal.
