Questions and answers.

First person asks a question then the second person (next poster) answers it and asks another question!

What was the most exciting thing that happened to you this week?

I washed my cat's litter box.

Have you ever wished you saw an angel?

Maybe we all do have invisible guardian angels... even my little dog needed his GA's iintervention on one or two close-run escapes when he was young!! Perhaps it would be nice to actually see one, but not really sure.

What's your favourite breakfast.

Well, my usual breakfast is cereal on weekdays, and eggs on toast (maybe with mushrooms if I am pushing the boat out) at the weekends when I have a bit moe time to spare. My favourite though, would probably be when I treat myself to croissants. 8)

What kinds of books do you like to read, and do you have any favourite books/ authors?

I love croissants too! :D

I like The Day of the Triffids - sci-fi classic by John Wyndham, as well as Lord of the Rings by JRR Tolkien. Also classic mysteries by authors such as Agatha Christie and Mary Higgins Clark.

There are many different books and authors that I enjoy.

What songs and/or type of music do you enjoy most.

I listen to a lot of stuff, from classical and jazz (but not the avant garde squeaky stuff) through to rock. I like Latino music, and other foreign language stuff. I would have to say my favourites are probably Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald & Nina Simone. I'm an old fashioned kind of a girl. :D

Do you have a favourite TV show?

Right now, it's definitely the BBC's Sherlock, and that's pretty much it for active shows, although to be fair to the others I really don't watch a lot of TV.

Other favorites include the remade Battlestar Galactica!

What's the hardest thing you know how to do?

Great question! 8)
(Ps. I'm a fan of Sherlock too.)

Honestly? Going out into the world and dealing with people all day, without completely losing it. Too often.

Apparently some people would not judge that as difficult, so you can take your pick from:
Read a book in Italian (although I will admit to having a dictionary next to me)
Speak (and understand) a tiny bit of Finnish. Hoping to improve that this year.
Dance ballet on pointe
Play ice hockey with the guys (and even score an occasional goal).

What would your ideal day be like?

Predictable.

Have you ever dreamt about being able to travel back in time to reach a certain point where you could start all over, possibly carrying with you some information about your current world line, so as to avoid certain mistakes?

All the time! My life would have turned out very differently. I suspect though, that I would not have been such an 'interesting' (read hanging onto sanity by a very thin thread) or wise person.

I'm stealing Theta's question, as I liked it so much:

What is the hardest thing you know how to do?

Sometimes I imagine that I can hear their thoughts, but I suspect that's just wishful thinking. I do however, regularly talk to them.

In a regular week I have little to do. In fact, I sleep so much, I'm in competition with the cat to see who gets more hours of shuteye. Terrible.

Would you say you have a lot of living yet to do?

That is not terrible redrobin, that sound like Heaven. 8)

Absolutely I do. I don't think this is rehearsal, and I want to do everything I can. I want to look back when I am old, and say 'Wow, I did that! And that. Cool.'
I already have a few things I feel like that about. I spend far too much time hiding quietly in my garden, but when I do force myself out to do different things, I feel much better for it. (One it is over with).

I released a pop album 3 or 4 years ago. It went nowhere but it did take me a whole year to write and produce.

Do you have any heroes in real life?
