While drinking one night on your patio, you carelessly set your neighbors garage on fire by flicking a cigarette butt into a pile of leaves. As the fire department battles the blaze, you turn to your enraged neighbor, and say:

?Well, Ed, at least you won't have to tie up next weekend with that garage painting project. Wanna go camping??

Definitely an inappropriate time for levity!

This is inappropriags because cigarette smoking man is offering himself his own forgiveness. Rather than waiting for Ed to either forgive him or not.
However, what cs man says is true. Good does sometimes come from bad. He just shouldnt be the one pointing it out in this instance.

umm is the aim of the game to give your own example after stating why the above example is an innappropriate time for levity? If so here goes:

As the casket was being lowered into the hole the now breathless men had dug I turned to the mourning widow beside me saying: " That box seems awfully light, I heard that there was an organ dealing ring operating in the area. Perhaps we should open the casket just to check he's in one piece"
