How to maek my avatar with a normal windows XP computer

My avatar is easy to make on the computer if you know how! Here's the steps!:
1. Open microsoft publisher
2. Click on publications for print
3. Click on signs
4. Click on the Beware of Dog sign
5. Change "DOG" to "CAT"
6. Go to save as
7. Save it as a JPEG file so it will be a picture

It's pretty good and I had to do a little resizing to upload it but as you see there are some tools that came pre-installed with XP that are good as professinal programs

I did something like that on another computer with "Beware of Dragon" on it. It's hanging on my closet.

I made this one with the GIMP, which also exists for Windows.
