Because it seems like it would be entertaining.

Enjoy twisting, mangling and maligning each others' phrases!

Rules:
The sentence always has to make grammatical / logical sense, no nonsense-postings. You can (and should!) post weird things as long as the meaning is clear.
Maximum of 2 word-changes per person, per post. Minimum of 1 change. Each change can be: A. changing a word. B. Adding an additional word or C. dropping an existing word.
You don't have to add or drop the same number of words as the previous poster, but...
You can cannot drop any word without replacing it with another one, if the sentence gets down to 4 words.
And you cannot add any word without dropping another one in its place, if the sentence gets up to 14 words.
Added rule: You can re-arrange the existing words in the sentence as much as you want within a single turn, and still have your 1-2 substitutions, additions and subtractions, as long as you still fulfill all the other conditions of the game when you do.
