I found this little gem on the internet (warning: requires Javascript) http://andys.org.uk/countryquiz/

I have to admit that I couldn't name 90 nations in the given time. I really should not have struggled with former Yugoslavia too long. How do you do?

86 countries. Okay, considering I kept getting serious brain freezes... I can't believe some of the ones I missed!

Fun game!! !

I made it down to 113 countries. I couldn't remember how to spell some of them. (grrrr)

I will try this again in a few days and see if I can get below a hundred.

I named 103, 89 unnamed. Is it possible to actually type all those names in 10 minutes? 8O

The caribbean islands are particularly hard. And the spellings of the 'stans.

I named 97. That was fun--wish I could have named more though!

I was hampered by not being able to spell a lot of them. I didn't even try "Liechtenstein," for exactly that reason.

I got 110 of them. Quite a typing test, that.

I came up with 100 countries. Rather embarrassingly, I missed some of the countries I've actually visited in real life!
