Actually I am more of a Phlegmatic-Melancholic (order matters, I'm much more Phlegmatic).

But Phlegmatic fits me exactly. Probably more than the MBTI, INTP does.

I really like the 4 (or maybe that's 5) temperament classifications.

I'd guess that most Aspies are Melancholic Temperament.

I kind of want to know if there are any other Phelgmatics out there...

I think I'm pretty unique in this regard.

(not sure if I'm an Aspie though... although close enough...)

Pugly, I'm an MBTI INTP also. What's so unaspie-ish about the Phlegmatic Temperment? Quiet, unemotional, consistent---Those sound like aspie traits to me. But I'm not officiallu DX'd.

An aspie can have any personality type. Characteristics that define are usually an inability to relate to others but otherwise are intellectually brilliant.

Hmm... I guess it's phelgmatic's ability to be diplomatic. Doesn't get upset easily. That kind of thing.

Not everything there goes hand in hand with being an Aspie.

But I guess it really doesn't counter it. It just seemed like many here are more Melancholic more than Pheglmatic...
