Must be hard for her to find non-spandex clothes that fit, though...
And even then, she'd likely start a fire!

What other symptoms would a person like this have to deal with in daily life?

1.) For one, she probably easily fits through doorways -- if she's quick enough! If not, the house might collapse, after she's ballistically broken the door frame. I wonder what her systolic/diastolic is?

23 pounds isn't much, and I prefer the bigger girl.

There are some girls I'd subtly try to fatten up if I were dating them -- like the anarexic ones, who desperately need more fat.

Everyone says fat is bad. Fat is GOOD -- you couldn't survive without fat. It's just like anything else -- "too much" of it is bad, just as "too little" of it is. I can't STAND a boney woman. My wife was slightly overweight when I married her, but got thinner during the marriage. When she got thinner, I kind of missed her former softness and size.
