I made up a new game.
It's called the "Quote people using the username you think they ought to have" game.
See here:
http://www.wrongplanet.net/posts161265-start3210.html
Basically, you quote somebody, and then alter their username in the quote to reflect your opinion of them, or to convey what you think a more accurate username would have been for them.
It could be a lot of fun, but please, one rule: only KIND or AMUSING usernames. No insults.
Edit: it has been pointed out that I should explain how to change the username quotes, in case people don't know how to do this.
Click the "quote" button on the right hand side of the post you want to respond to, and you will see a screen with funny brackets on either side of the quote.
[quote="all_white"] <-----The opening bracket - that looks like this - contains the username. This is the one we are bothered about.
The closing bracket doesn't matter for this game. Just ignore it.
All you need to do is delete the current username that's in the text inside the first bracket, and type the new username of your choice:
[quote="all_white"] <-----delete where it says all_white there, and type something else.
For example, let's say you want to imply that all_white is longwinded.
Yes, I know. I suck at doing short explanations.
Type "LongWinded" instead of "all_white."
It should now look like this:
[quote="LongWinded"]
DO NOT DELETE ANYTHING ELSE but the username. Leave the quote marks, equals sign, and the word "quote" there, or the coding won't work.
Then reply to the quote as normal.
*sits back and waits for someone to quote her*
