What is Happening When One Coworker Plants The Seed Of Distrustfulness Within A Manager Over Another Coworker By Using Faulty Data Backed By Fantisised Logic?

I KNOW there are words for these...I've READ THEM...somewhere.

I think the word 'enemy' would be applicable.

'Undermining' would describe the two 'sabotage' type scenarios you describe.

As for the person who repeats themselves, maybe 'patronising' or 'condescending'?
