Ok, so no doubt everyone here knows what it is like to be the odd one out, so I thought it would be fun to reverse roles a little.

Imagine a world full of Aspies. Now, the NT's become the wierdos.

Okay, so I thought of a bit of a game where you are all AS in an AS world. You all think I'm wierd because I am perhaps the only NT you have ever seen.

Lets see... some of you could post like you're religious nuts seeking to bring me to faith so that God will cure me of my normalcy. Others can look at all the wierd thing I do (say, for example, wierd facial expressions) and get scared and run away, screaming about how creepy I am.

Others who don't understand what it's like to be NT could make like every word I say has a hidden sexual meaning.

Others could argue that my disease of normalcy needs to be met with tolerance and understanding. Oh, and because I'm so wierd, why not have at least four of you trying to corner me into being cured of being normal at a time.

And all of you would have to make constant references to how I'm wierd.

Or something like that. But please keep it on a nice level. I just thought that pretending to cure me of being "normal" would be fun.

If reality were switched.....That 'outsider' sure is chatty! She just takes endlessly about her in-laws, the weather, TV programs (especially soap operas, Dr. Phil and other day-time TV, pro-golf, Desperate Housewives). And that peculiar shoe shopping fetish. She's just 'too nice' too, which contradicts the gossip she generates....makes me suspicious. The scary part: Is she a mind-reader? I mean, have you noticed she's just incredibly good at knowing what another is thinking? Creepy! I think I'll hide in my safe warm closet with a flashlight and sci mag with pictures. Let me know when she goes away - I'm having a shyness attack.

Oh, peek-abo. Oh, why are you so scared of me?

Now, there's no need to hide.

*Tackles the wierdo*
We CAN NOT allow this kind of madmen to bully us!
*Escorts the wierdo outside*
Listen here pal, you can be as strange as you like, but don't go scaring people like that... What? Why are you looking into my eyes when I am talking to you?

Edit: I really need to check my spelling before I press submit

What do you mean, wierdo?

Oh, I see I spooked you. But what do you have to be so spooked about?

It's only polite for me to look into your eyes. Why aren't you looking into mine?

beause it is not natural to do! And why are you trying to touch me 8O Touching is a big no-no unless there is a logical reason for doing so!
And I didn't call you a wierdo... I called you a madman and a bully. As for what I have to be spooked about... nothing... but you obviously were scaring the guy in the closet.
Don't you know not to invade peoples quiet places?

Oh, come on. No one should be alone so much. They'll get lonely.

And I'm baking a batch of cookies that I am going to go into the closet and eat with him and maybe we can play some board games so that he can see there's nothing to be scared of.

I will stack your batch of cookies into a perfect pyramid and count each.

Why don't you look me in the eye when you say that? That means you must be lying.

*runs off to his kitchen*

Why won't you guys join me for dinner? There's no need for you to be all by yourself to eat and if you don't join me I'll take it personally and think you must love your things more than me.
