I play chess on your choice of redhotpawn.com
or letsplaychess.com (both sites are free to play on).
Just look for douglas_macneill (letsplaychess) or mactheknife
(redhotpawn). Where do you yourself play, as an alternative
if you don't like either one?

See you soon, alienesque.

Mostly on Yahoo, but I'll give those places a try and maybe we'll get a game going. Thanks for responding. :D

I just now created an account at Yahoo, myself.
See you there.

Oops, one more thing.
I use douglas.macneill as my user name there,
what's yours so I can find you for a game or two?

Does anyone play chess online?

I don't, but I used to, and so did my dad, which was the entire reason he bought a computer (back in 1996) -- to play chess on the internet. He had a TV-screen adapter, and used to play on these giant virtual boards on his 72" screen 8O , while sitting back in his recliner with his wireless keyboard and mouse. He was a 1800-rated player, and I was a 1300-1400.

That's pretty cool for back then when the interent was rubbish and not half as good as it is for these games now.
