Does it mean you have Asperger Syndrome when you play three rounds of Dominoes and don't Domino? (you are the player with no dominoes left and the two other other players have a few dominos left to play.)

Also are board games better than video games if you have a slow hand eye coordination?

No. It only means that you won the game three times.

Perhaps, but playing video games may help develop hand-eye coordination.

There are exceptions to that: party games (Hungry Hippos, etc) and turn-based videogames respectively.
