The Cynicism Test

Oh, how cute . . . a kitten! You see the world through the eyes of someone who trusts your family and friends. People gain your trust quickly; but they work to get it. The drawback is that the consequence for those people who've abused this gift is minor--those little claws of yours aren't very intimidating. It's great that you give trust out to those people whom you are close to; just give them more of a reason not to abuse it. Let them know that you won't tolerate it. If they don't listen, it's their loss. Don't let anybody change how cheerful your outlook is! Ideally, you should look for friends/lovers who are snakes or bats. Bats have more trust-issues than snakes; but will be better balanced with your optimism. It all depends on personal preference, really. Would you rather work extra hard to gain and keep trust or have a different perspective in your life that might or might not balance with your own perspective?

Duck and cover . . . you're a turtle! You trust no one. You sometimes even find it hard to trust your own decisions. Don't get discouraged by that, though. After all, the tortoise won the race . . . didn't he? You are extremely negative and it's hard for people to get close to you because of that. However, when they finally do open up to you it's real easy for you to make them laugh. You are a vital addition to humanity because you see things in a rare and authentic light. (Or should I say dark?) Seriously though, be careful not to be overcome by negativity.
