I'm disappointed in myself, and now wondering whether I spelled disappointed correctly. :(

64% (16/25). I feel really stupid. But had I not misclicked one of them, I would have gotten 17/25.

I got embarrass, vacuum, occurrence, independent, receive, separate, judgment, pronunciation, and millennium incorrect. Pronunciation was the one that I misclicked. I accidentally selected "pronnounciation."

22 of 25 = 88% and I can't believe I did that well.

My mother has kept a few papers that I wrote for grammar school back in the 50s and 60s.
The stories are pretty good with a few rather interesting twists in them to make them entertaining even if the subject was boring

but they're simply covered with red ink where the teachers have circled misspelled words
and most of the grades are failing.

Who knew that decades later there would be such a thing as computers with a spell check.

Even with that, sometimes my spelling is so off that running search engines are fruitless and I have to phone someone to discover how a word is actually spelled.

Why do I even try?
Because, I feel, communication is not as much about expressing oneself as it is being understood.
If people can't understand what one has said, the person speaking (or in this case, writing) has failed.

Mostly very easy; one or two made me think though.

This test sucks. Judgement and Judgment are both acceptable, just like Practise/practice

I got them all right. stupid test writers!
