Alright, this is how the thread works:

1. Type a serious or boring statement that you want corrected.
2. The user that posts after you will "correct" the statement by making it silly and entertaining.
3. The user then adds their own serious/boring statement.
4. So on and so on... You get the idea.

This isn't to correct grammatical errors, or spelling errors, or put others down, it's supposed to be a goofy thread.

I'll start.

Cats don't always land on their feet, contrary to popular belief.

Throw a cat off the top of a skyscraper building, and it will still land on its feet when being embedded in the pavement.


A few million miles in space is like an inch in the ocean.

While inch worms don't travel very fast in the ocean, they can go long distances in space in no time.

Soft drinks can dehydrate your body pretty easily.

"Soft" drinks are basically not fizzy drinks, so water could be soft, and we all know how hydrating water is.


Time goes slowly when you're bored with nothing to do.

It's time to be more patient which affects how you perceive the passage of time.
