Yes that is me in my brand new neoprene shirt. :D it feels soooooo comfortable. i wish i could never have to take it off

Thanks Starr - had to google Maenad - I take it your avvie is one and are you into Greek / Roman mythology then?

Lol, yes, it's a bit of an obsession, mythology, especially Greek. The painting of a bacchante (maenad) is by William-Adolphe Bouguereau.

Well, many have tried, but no-one has managed to kill this one yet, but I wish you luck anyway.

I thought I'd killed a few other threads this week but it was only for a couple of days then someone else posted in them, so it doesn't count. Must be losing my touch :lol:

There is another forum I go on and quite often if feels to me as though I am the last person to post on a thread. As yet I haven't killed any threads here yet, but then again, i've only recently joined. (Must remember to go on the introduction thread sometime lol).

This is my first attempt at joining a community and trying to stick-it-out without running for the hills.....
what is really hard for me to understand is why everything I post on now dies...with zero replies and just drops down into the oblivion pile....(no....not navel-gazing!!)....feeling very hurt and rejected! :(

I can't even fit in with other aspies for "G's sake!"

what's really confusing is that in "real life" people tend to like me. Why do people hate me online? (except for the part where I was stupid and shared some pain publicly -because I didn't understand the rules and how some people are "immune" to breaking the rules because they are more charming and manipulative.

No-one understands me - at all - not even other aspies. I don't want to die...I'm already dead.
