looks like standard nylon webbing harness... not my kind of stuff but sure, id take it... id more than likely wear it over something neoprene... i dont really like nylon webbing...

oooh dogs... I HATE DOGS, THE BARKING GOES RIGHT THROUGH ME... cats i dont mind as bad but i am allergic to most any cat... cats arent as soft as neoprene! and i dont really like a lot of animal sounds :P
